About Munro Banting Group
Munro Banting Group is a product development and advisory group for regulated, cross-border businesses, based in Oakville, Ontario and founded in 2023. It has three practices: the Payments Studio, Careers in Canada and SimonVet.

The name
The Group is named for two Canadian Nobel laureates: the writer Alice Munro (Literature, 2013) and Frederick Banting (Physiology or Medicine, 1923, shared with J.J.R. Macleod, for the discovery of insulin). The two names stand for the two halves of our method: listening to the client's situation, and testing the answer.
How we're paid
- Careers in Canada. Free for doctors, nurses and vets. We're paid by the clinics and health organizations that hire through us. Clinicians are never charged at any stage. Employer terms are set out in a written proposal.
- Payments Studio. Clients pay for engagements under an engagement letter. Any referral fee from a partner is disclosed in that letter. FinoGrid is owned by Munro Banting. We say so whenever we recommend it.
- SimonVet. Clinics pay a published monthly subscription.
Munro Banting advises, designs and builds. Client funds are held and moved only by licensed partners. Munro Banting does not hold, transmit or exchange client funds.

Recruitment scams that use the names of real organizations are common. Check anyone who offers you a job in Canada, including us.
