SimonVet: online booking, video visits and a client portal for Ontario veterinary clinics
Clients book, pay and view their animal's records online, and your veterinarians can see them by video when an in-person visit is not needed. SOAP records, prescriptions and invoices with 13% HST are built in, with the veterinarian's CVO number on every consult record. Clinics use SimonVet alongside their existing practice system or on its own.

Scheduling
A day view for each veterinarian, double-booking warnings and a board for walk-ins.

SOAP records
Notes save as you type. The CVO number of the veterinarian is shown on the record. Finalized records are locked, and finalizing is written to an audit log with author and time.

Issued from the record and downloadable by the client in the portal. Controlled substances are blocked from prescribing.

What SimonVet does not do yet
What SimonVet does not do yet
- No integration with IDEXX or Antech; lab results are entered or attached by hand.
- No controlled-drug log. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed through SimonVet; keep your current log and audits.
- No self-serve data export. We export your data on request within [OWNER: number] business days.
- Finalized records cannot yet be amended in the app with the original preserved. [VERIFY]
- Ontario only: 13% HST is fixed.

Moving from your current system
Client and patient lists can be imported from a spreadsheet. Past medical records, appointments, invoices and reminders cannot be imported yet. If you use AVImark or Cornerstone, contact us before starting a trial and we will set out what a move would involve.
Support, hosting and security
