Recruitment of doctors, nurses and vets trained in the UK, Ireland and Australia
We introduce clinics, hospitals and veterinary practices in Canada to clinicians trained in these countries. Before you meet anyone, we check that they have a licensing route in your province, and we support them through the regulator and immigration steps.
15 minutes, by video

Who we work with
- Family practices and family health teams
- Medical clinics
- Hospitals and health authorities
- Veterinary clinics
- Long-term and community care [VERIFY in scope]
How the process works
- 01
Briefing15 minutes
The role, the province, the setting and your start date. We tell you what is likely possible in that time.
- 02
Role profile and proposal
The licensing route for the role, any supervision your regulator may require, a likely time range and our terms, in writing.
- 03
Introductions
Profiles of clinicians whose route has been checked. You choose whom to interview.
- 04
Licensing and immigration support
We support your hire with the regulator. A licensed RCIC handles their immigration application. Immigration advice is provided by Sana Waqar, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Sana Immigration Consulting, licence R707540 [VERIFY].
- 05
Start and first months
We stay in contact with you and your hire through the start date and the first months.
What we take on for you
- Licensing-route check before any introduction; the regulator still decides
- One plan covering recruitment and licensing support, with immigration advice to your hire from a licensed RCIC
- A written time estimate, and an early warning if your target date is unlikely
- Return-of-service and incentive terms explained to the candidate before they apply
